Doula Support

From pregnancy through postpartum you deserve care thats flexible, steady, and grounded

Once upon a time

... Mothers were wrapped with care before, during and after giving birth.

Today, modern life leaves moms and families with no support in an intense time. Pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early days of parenthood are each transformational, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Pregnancy is a time of incredible change. Your body is growing and shifting in ways you may not have imagined. Some days bring excitement and hope and others bring discomfort and anxiety. It's managing physical aches, navigating medical appointments, and just trying to prepare for a new life on top of possible other things like moving, or job changes. It can feel like a lot.

And labor begins, things shift again. It can be powerful, unpredictable, and sometimes scary. You may have a clear vision of how you want to birth to go or you may feel like it's the land of the unknown. Through it all, having someone by your side who supports your choices, advocates for you, and offers you a calm presence can make all the difference.

And then comes birth!

The moment everything changes, your baby is your first thought. They need to be comforted, soothed, and acclimated to the world around them. It can be easy to forget that you, too were just born! You were born into something new. You deserve the same care. Time to heal, to be nourished, and have support while you adjust and find your new routine.
