Hi, I’m Vanessa ~ Your Birth and Postpartum Doula
Birth and babies are my work and my passion. It's an honor to support families as they welcome their babies and step into parenthood.
As both a birth and postpartum doula, I help families navigate the unknown when theres's a flood of advice from Google, Reddit, friends, family, and all the noise that comes with it. My role is to bring you calm guidance and practical support so you can focus on what matters most: your recovery and your baby!
Families have called me a baby manual, a lifesaver, a sleep saver, a calm in the storm, a teammate, and the best during one of their biggest transitions.
I help you figure out how you want to labor, birth and parent, whatever choices you want to make without judgement or pressure.
What I offer is guidance, perspective, and steady support. No matter how you want birth or how you are bringing your tiny human into this world- I got you. In your pocket every step of the way.
Pocket Notes
Real words from families supported.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Vanessa whom was great at making sure I was taking my meds on time as well as observing my breast feeding which my milk was just starting to come in. We were also in our cluster feeding stage which was rough to get through. She helped recommend incorporating a binky as she noticed our girl was trying to soothe herself not necessarily needing to eat. This was a GAME changer for us and honestly something we wouldn’t be able to pick up on since we had no idea what we were doing.
